Sara Stucchi

Lawyer

Sara is currently practicing law at LXSA, a prerequisite for obtaining her law degree in civil and commercial law. She operates across the real estate and the litigation department.

Education

Sara is enrolled in the Register of Trainee Lawyers of the Milan Bar Association and she was able to start practicing law early pursuant to Article 41 c.6 lett.d) L.247/1990 during her university studies. Sara did an internship in a leading law firm in Dublin as part of the Erasmus Project, and attended an intensive course on Business English where she obtained the C1 Advanced certificate. Then, she completed an internship in the compliance area at a well-known banking group. Sara is about to graduate in Law with a focus on company law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano, with the thesis: "Operazioni con Parti Correlate: tutela degli investitori e governance nelle società quotate".
