Pietro regularly provides consultancy and assistance in corporate crisis situations, as well as to private individuals. He has significant experience in insolvency proceedings regularly serving as Receiver, Commissioner and Judicial Liquidator. He is a Qualified Manager for the over-indebtedness crisis at the Brescia Court where he also collaborates as an Official Technical Consultant appointed by the judge, as well as Judicial Administrator, Judicial Custodian, also in criminal proceedings, and Custodian and Sales Delegate in the field of real estate executions. He also serves as a Party Technical Consultant and is an expert in company valuations.

Education

With a Degree in Economy from the University of Brescia, Pietro is a Chartered Accountant and a Statutory Auditor. He is listed as an expert in Negotiated Composition of the Crisis and as a Crisis Manager. He is a member of the “Negotiated Composition of Corporate Crisis” commission and the “Criminal Economic Law and Judicial Custodies” commission at the order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Brescia.
