Pietro works in the firm’s Real Estate department. He has gained an extensive experience in extraordinary operations of investment/disinvestment regarding the acquisition, development, management and disposal of real estate assets, as well as extraordinary corporate transactions. He regularly assists leading industry operators in the drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation related to transactions of major importance, aimed at meeting the client’s strategies. He is the author of publications in commercial, company and real estate law, including the books Prontuario delle Massime Notarili in materia societaria – spa e srl and Manuale delle società di capitali e cooperative, both published by Dike Giuridica. Pietro is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
Education
After graduating in Law in 2006 from the University of Pisa, he attended a Master in company law from 24Ore Business School. Once he was admitted to practice, he carried out his professional activity in the commercial and real estate fields, first in Verona and then he moved to Milan. He has been a member of LXSA Legal & Tax since May 2024.
