Chartered Accountant | Statutory Auditor, Enrico provides consultancy to companies and entrepreneurs for extraordinary transactions, corporate restructuring, generational transition planning and the internationalization of businesses. He also has a significant experience in insolvency proceedings, regularly serving as Receiver, Commissioner and Judicial Liquidator at the Courts of Brescia and Milan, as well as Qualified Manager for the over-indebtedness crisis. He also collaborates with the Brescia Court as a Technical Consultant as well as Custodian and Sales Delegate in the field of the Real Estate executions. Moreover, he acts as a Technical Party Consultant. Enrico is also a member of the Board of Statuary Auditors with audit engagements for major companies. Ultimately, he provides tax advice and assistance to corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
Education
Enrico graduated from Bocconi University in Milan and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. He is registered as an Expert in the Negotiated Settlement of the Crisis and in the list of Crisis Mangers, and he’s also a member of the “Restructuring Agreements” commission and the “Supervisory Board: legality checks and Model 231” commission at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Brescia. He has gained significant professional experience collaborating with leading national and international legal and tax firms.
